After a miraculous recovery and spiritual encounter, a young and now disabled war veteran returns home from the Vietnam War. He struggles to readjust to the civilian lifestyle.  With physical disabilities and post-traumatic stress disorder, he is encouraged to work with children.  As a disabled and depressed war veteran, he was initially opposed to working with them due to not being as active.  Through persistence and cunning whit, he is persuaded to become a little league football coach. To his discovery, he realized that coaching comes naturally to him, as well as being a leader. Over 50 years later, the Purple Heart, Silver & Bronze Star recipient is still winning on the field and making a difference in the community. He has coached many players over the last 50 years, including the likes of NFL Super Bowl Champion Keith Jackson, SixTime Pro-Bowler Leslie O’Neal, Minnesota Vikings Wide Receiver Coach George Stewart, and a host of other former collegiate and NFL players.
